Clay Township, Lancaster County – The officials of Clay Township wanted to establish a new permanent home for their offices that would provide much needed additional space for both Township staff and the Police Department. The site provided challenges due to its steep topography, limited availability of sight distance on Durlach Road, and the need to maintain connectivity to the existing Township complex. Diehm worked extensively with Township officials and their architect to develop the plan, and obtained all the necessary approvals. The Township opened the new building in October 2009.
